Students of the Buddhology Research Group consists mainly of Buddhology students, but it is also open to everyone else who is passionate about Buddhism. Co-working with different associations, the Group organises meetings, lectures and actions concerning widely understood culture of the Far East. We are particularly interested in Tibetan issues (religion, politics, culture) – so far we have organised a Tibetan New Year celebration and an international campaign called "Flame of Truth". Moreover, the members of the Group go abroad regularly in order to broaden their knowledge and improve their language skills (particularly in the Tibetan language).

The Research Group has been inactive since 2017/2018.
